This page explains what personal information Travel Etios Kashmir collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Travel Etios Kashmir (also written TravelEtiosKashmir) is a sole proprietorship owned by Zahid Majeed Gasi. We are a travel agency registered with J&K Tourism, Travel Agent Reg. No. JKEA00005366.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us when you ask about or book a trip:

Through the enquiry form on this website: your name, WhatsApp number, month of travel, number of travellers, and any message you add.
On WhatsApp or a phone call: your name, phone number, and trip details such as dates, places, hotel preferences, number of adults and children, and food needs (for example Jain or vegetarian meals).
When you book: copies of photo ID where a hotel or a government permit needs them, your flight or train times for pickups, and records of your payments.

We do not ask for card numbers on this website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote and itinerary.
To book your hotels, houseboats, cars and permits, and to run your trip.
To contact you before and during the trip, for example about pickup times, weather or road updates.
To keep basic records of bookings and payments, as the law requires.

We do not sell your information. Now and then we may send past guests a WhatsApp message with seasonal offers or greetings. Reply "STOP" and we won't send you these messages again.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run your trip:

Hotels, houseboats and camps (your name, dates and number of guests).
Our drivers and local partners (your name, phone number and pickup details).
Government offices when a permit or registration needs it.
Our website host (Hostinger), which stores the enquiry form data on its servers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become a booking: up to 12 months, then we delete them.
Booking and payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
ID copies: only until your trip is over, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies and other websites

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages load content from other services, such as Instagram reels and fonts or styles from public content networks. Those services may record your visit under their own privacy policies. If we add website statistics or advertising tools later, we will update this page first.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just WhatsApp or call +91 70060 85655, or email etioskashmir@gmail.com. We may need to keep some booking and payment records where the law requires it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
