On the meadow, not in Srinagar and not on the Tangmarg road. You are already in Gulmarg for the day. The stand decides whether they are taking riders, how long a turn lasts, and whether they want a driving licence. We do not rewrite that rule from the office.
We will not print a rate, and we will not mark it included. Pay the operator. If you want us to ask the stand before you drive up, say so. A group that wants several machines should say the number. One machine is not a fleet.
The car and the Srinagar night are still the fun tour if the ATV is the only add-on you care about.
