Jaipur (JAI) is close to Delhi, so the mistake is treating Srinagar like a same-evening add-on. It is not. Stays are listed on Kashmir tour packages.
Fly Jaipur to Delhi, then Delhi to Srinagar. The JAI–DEL leg is short, which tempts people to book a late Srinagar flight. Book the morning DEL–SXR instead. A car from Jaipur to Jammu and up NH44 is a two-day road and only makes sense if you are already driving north.
A morning JAI–DEL–SXR can reach a Srinagar hotel by afternoon. You will not also do Gulmarg. The return needs the same care: SXR–DEL must still catch JAI the same day, or you sleep in Delhi.
Five days, couple or family: one Srinagar night, Gulmarg, one or two Pahalgam nights, fly. If you want a Jain kitchen, say so on the quote. The food note lives on the packages page, not as a Jaipur slogan.
