From-price is per adult, twin share, seven days, MAP (breakfast and dinner), Innova Crysta for 4–6 guests. Flights extra. Christmas, New Year, and tulip week cost more. Child rates are quoted once we have ages — they are below the adult twin-share figure, not a second full adult fare.

SXR pickup, hotel check-in, early night. No old-city walk if the flight was late. Shikara only if you still have daylight and the kids have energy.
One or two gardens, not a temple marathon. Toilet stops planned. Elders can sit out a stretch without breaking the day.
Full day. Gondola Phase 1 is optional and extra; skip Phase 2 with small kids. Winter: chains at Tangmarg, extra time, heated rooms that night if you overnight in Gulmarg.
One valley per day (Betaab or Aru), not both in a rush. Overnight in Pahalgam so you are not on the highway twice. Ponies are optional — we do not push them.

Only if you insist. You lose the second Pahalgam night and the rest morning. Gulmarg becomes a long day-trip. Fine for fit adults; tight with grandparents or toddlers. Delhi guests with early DEL–SXR flights can read the 5-day skeleton on Delhi to Kashmir — this family page still prefers seven.
Extra beds and heating are confirmed hotel by hotel, not assumed. We build toilet stops into the Gulmarg and Pahalgam drives. You stay in the private cab; local union taxis in Pahalgam or Gulmarg are optional add-ons, not a requirement. We do not sell the day as a pony circuit.
MAP is breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Jain or pure-veg is possible — we confirm the kitchen in writing before we lock the stay. If a property cannot do it, we change the hotel, not the promise after you arrive.
Two adults are twin-share in the from-price. A child 5–11 with an extra bed is quoted below the adult rate. Under 5 without a bed is usually a small charge. We confirm each hotel’s extra-bed policy before you pay.
Seven days is the default. Five days cuts Pahalgam to one night and skips a rest morning — possible if the group is fit and flights are early both ways.
Yes. We confirm a Jain or pure-veg kitchen in writing before we lock the hotel. We do not assume every property can do it.
Phase 1 is usually fine for families. Phase 2 is higher, colder, and optional — skip it with small children or if anyone is uncomfortable with height. Gondola tickets are extra.
