Day 1: land at Srinagar and stay there. Day 2: Gulmarg via Tangmarg and back to the same Srinagar bed. Day 3: Pahalgam via Pampore and back. Day 4: old city or the Mughal gardens if they are open. Day 5: airport.
That is the whole route. There is no second hotel. There is no Sonmarg. If you want those, you need the 7-day itinerary.
A Srinagar hotel or a simple houseboat, a private car, breakfast, and airport transfers. Gondola, pony, and shikara are extra. This is closer to the budget tour than to a luxury overnight in the meadow.
Only in the months the road is open, and then you drop Pahalgam. You still do not get both.
Only if you drop the there-and-back and accept a tighter Srinagar day. Say so before we hold one hotel.
The Gulmarg day can. The garden day usually cannot. Pahalgam depends on the road.
