Do not plan this like a Delhi weekend. The extra leg is getting to DEL. After that, the stays are the ones on Kashmir tour packages.
Dehradun airport (DED) does not have a useful Srinagar service. Most guests either drive to Delhi airport, about half a day depending on the highway, or take a short DED–DEL flight when one lines up. From Delhi, Srinagar is the familiar hour-and-a-half hop. A car from Dehradun all the way via Jammu is two days and not the default.
If you reach Delhi the night before, the morning DEL–SXR feels like a Delhi trip. If you try DED, DEL, and SXR on one date, you land late and Gulmarg moves to day two. Build that late landing into the quote.
