Kochi (COK) to Mumbai or Delhi, then Srinagar. A nonstop COK–SXR is not a regular flight. The morning COK departure is the one that still sees SXR in daylight. An afternoon Kochi flight is a night in Mumbai or Delhi.
A successful same-day routing is a full day in airports and one Srinagar evening. Gulmarg is the next day. The return to COK needs the same morning start out of Srinagar.
