Direct answer: Day 1: land at Srinagar, houseboat or hotel, evening shikara. Day 2: Gulmarg and back to Srinagar. Day 3: drive to Pahalgam via Pampore and Awantipora (about 95 km) and stay. Day 4: Betaab Valley, Chandanwari and Aru by Pahalgam union cab, then back to Srinagar. Day 5: old city or the Mughal gardens if they are open. Day 6: airport.
