Central India does not get a nonstop to the valley. Nagpur (NAG) joins in Delhi, and some tickets wander via Mumbai. See Kashmir tour packages for the nights.
The cleaner ticket is Nagpur to Delhi to Srinagar. A Mumbai connection adds time and only helps if the Delhi bank is full. Book NAG–DEL early in the day. The last DEL–SXR is a poor match for a noon Nagpur departure.
Count on arriving in Srinagar in the afternoon or evening. The pickup is an airport run to a Srinagar stay. Gulmarg starts the next morning. Six days is more comfortable than five because the return connection has the same shape.
Srinagar on the late landing, Gulmarg, two nights toward Pahalgam if you want a slower Lidder morning, then a Srinagar buffer before NAG. One valley is enough if the flights only leave you four clear days.
