Walkers start from the Sonmarg side once the road is open. The common order is Vishansar, then Kishansar, then Gadsar, then Satsar, then Gangabal and Nundkol, and out toward Naranag. Some operators reverse a night or add a rest day. Their sheet is the one that matters on the mountain.
No kilometre claim, no camp fee, and no promise that every lake is visible in cloud. We do not turn this into a car itinerary. The only road pieces we can quote are Srinagar to the start and the pickup at the end, described on the trek page.
Ask the operator. A common trip is about a week on the trail, plus the Srinagar nights before and after. We do not print a fixed count as a promise.
